EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY
GOST R certi cation system has been gradually replaced by certi cation to the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulations (EAEU TR), also called EAC certi cation.
It covers a wide range of products such
as cosmetics, food products, toys, textiles, mechanical and electrical goods and industrial equipmentforfood,chemical,oil&gas, constructionandotherindustries.
Current legislations are applicable not only in Russia, but also in the member-countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), which are Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.AlltheRegulatedProductsshallmeetEAEU Regulations.
Goods exported to these countries are required to go throughvariousapprovalprocedurestoensurethatthey conform to EAEU requirements.
Depending on the type of goods, they might be subject to one or more certi cation requirements, or any combination of certi cates and licenses.

To apply for EAC Certi cate you will need to provide Intertek with:
• ApplicationForm
• PowerofAttorney
• TechnicalDocuments • TestReportetc.
